The Webbys Nominates The Foundry for Excellence on the Internet

The Foundry @ Meredith Corp. has just been nominated for three Webby Awards, which are presented every year by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences to honor excellence in Internet media. This year, The Foundry is being recognized within three categories: best VR: Branded and Cinematic or Pre-Rendered (for the out-of-this-world film “A trip to Mars with Buzz Aldrin in Virtual Reality”); best 360-Video (for an exhilarating journey to the top of the highest mountain in “Capturing Everest”); and Best Use of Native Advertising (for the playful, interactive tutorial “Maybelline – Color Crash Course”). But that’s not all! Four Foundry projects have also made it onto the list of honorees for their outstanding VR and AR experiences and unique brand strategy. The honorees include: “Take Every Wave: Laird in VR,” “Capturing Everest,” “Remembering Pearl Harbor” and “Yoplait – Say Oui.” Vote for your favorites today!
